- Marriage records and recorded documents: contact the Teller County Clerk and Recorder, 101 W Bennett Avenue, Cripple Creek, 719-689-2951, or use the Woodland Park branch for walk-in business
- Marriage and divorce records: see marriage and divorce records; divorce files are District Court records, not Clerk and Recorder marriage records
- Probate, wills, and estates: see probate records or call the Teller probate line at 719-689-6926
- Criminal and arrest records: see arrest records and charges, or contact the 4th Judicial District Attorney Teller office at 719-520-7168 for prosecutorial office information
- Jail roster: see inmate records or call the Teller County Jail at 719-687-7770
- Active warrants: see warrant records; no official Teller County online active warrant list was located in the research
- Other county records: use the Teller County NextRequest CORA portal for county-government records that are not court case files
