Why We Built This Site
Colorado gives the public access to many court and government records, but Teller County uses a split records structure. The Colorado Judicial Branch Clerk of Court handles district court and county court case files at the Teller County Courthouse in Cripple Creek. The elected Teller County Clerk and Recorder handles recorded documents, marriage licenses, elections, motor vehicle services, and county records. The Sheriff's Office manages jail information and law-enforcement records, while Woodland Park and Cripple Creek municipal courts handle local ordinance, traffic, and municipal criminal matters.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
